Making the "grade" since 1992

AM Landshaper, Inc.  was established in March of 1992 by Tye McGee and Mark Albin.  Since then, AM Landshaper has developed a reputation for producing exceptional work on time and on budget, while nurturing strong relationships with both public and private entities.  That commitment to uncompromising quality and client satisfaction has built decades-long professional relationships with universities, businesses, local municipalities, and private clients. As the company has evolved over time, so have its skills and specializations.  AM Landshaper still provides the same quality landscape installations, irrigation construction, and earthwork services that it did in 1992, but has also set itself apart as a leader in the construction of professional quality sports fields, and a pioneer in turf management technology.  In 2017, that dedication to advancement led the Seattle Mariners to choose AM Landshaper to complete the first renovation of Safeco field since its construction.  The company has grown and changed over 25 years, but its commitment to unmatched quality and service carries on.

Company Culture

As owners, Mark and Tye are committed to being in the field and in constant contact with project personnel.  This commitment insures that no detail goes unnoticed, and the client has a reliable point of contact for questions and changes.  A company culture devoted to communication and learning produces employees that are knowledgeable, efficient, and safe.  AM Landshaper employs 10 full-time and 15-25 seasonal workers, and all full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance, retirement, and bonuses.  As a result, AM Landshaper has been able to retain key employees year after year.  Employees take ownership for their work, and that ownership is evident in the quality of the finished project, and the customer service throughout the job.
